Regional Relief Chef

Job Summary

A reliable and skilled Relief Chef is required to join our team at Cinnamon Care Collection. The successful candidate will support all our care homes in Hampshire, Bournemouth, and Exeter, covering holidays and sickness as needed.

About the Role

As a Relief Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and serving appetizing freshly produced food, maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and health and safety. You will work from a variety of menus created by our Head Chefs and ensure that mealtimes are a highlight of our residents' day.

Key Responsibilities

•⁠ Ordering and preparing food to the highest standards
•⁠ Maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment
•⁠ Working collaboratively with the catering team to deliver innovative and fine dining standard of food
•⁠ Mentoring and training under the guidance of our Executive Chef

Requirements

We are looking for someone with at least 2 year's catering experience, ideally Chef de Partie level with NVQ 2/3. You must be hard working, professional, and reliable with a passion for providing exceptional food. Excellent communication and teamwork skills are also essential.
