We are seeking a highly skilled Product Strategy Director to join our digital product team. As a key member of the team, you will drive new product launches and shape the product strategy for entry into new markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for new markets ensuring maximum reach and impact while delivering to project timelines
  • Be the 'voice of the customer', gather and integrate requirements from stakeholders and protect scope
  • Make recommendations on how we optimise our digital product for the market, balancing speed of learning with offering a delightful customer experience
  • Make 1+1=3 through driving collaboration across insights, data, marketing, proposition, technology and supply chain. Ensure plans are understood, brought into and delivered upon by teams across Gousto
  • Ensure we can understand and measure success, including securing the sustainability and stability of the product as it scales during and after launch. Develop processes and KPIs to track this
  • Conduct retrospectives post launch and develop future new market playbook for product so we improve our ability to discover and execute

As a Product Strategy Director, you will report directly to the Group Product Manager for New Markets, as part of a wider new markets team. This is a unique opportunity to drive meaningful growth within Gousto.

Requirements:
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and create a clear path to success, including when not all information is immediately at hand
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering go-to-market product strategies for direct-to-consumer products
  • Strong product fundamentals, including an ability to define and deliver product strategy and roadmaps in a fast-paced environment
  • Commercial, analytical, and able to prioritise between competing tasks quickly
  • An ability to earn trust and build valuable relationships that you leverage to take people with you through change
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, able to express key points, product narratives, and decisions clearly and concisely
  • Experience working at pace in a fast-growth, dynamic business environment
  • Experience working closely with senior engineer and design teams

The salary range for this position is £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
