Chief Financial Strategist

BeBee Professionals is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Financial Strategist to join our finance team in the UK. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Monitor and manage the company's cash flow, ensuring financial stability.
  • Oversee month-end and year-end financial processes, including audits.
  • Ensure compliance with tax laws and financial regulations.
  • Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and stakeholders.
  • Provide strategic financial advice to senior management.
  • Implement and improve financial systems, policies, and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Chief Financial Strategist or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities.
  • ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualification is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
