Key Responsibilities
- Provide person-centred care and support to residents, promoting their independence and well-being.
- Lead the team to communicate effectively, considering individual communication needs and promoting effective communication with others.
- Engage in learning and development opportunities to ensure training compliance levels are met and maintained.
- Support residents in engaging in meaningful opportunities and activities, promoting a great life filled with amazing experiences.
- Get involved in the community, supporting during leisure and social activities, and celebrating special occasions.
