About the Role
As a Residential Care Worker, you will be responsible for providing daily living assistance, emotional support, and guidance to the young people in our care. You will also participate in the development and implementation of individualized care plans, which focus on promoting the physical, emotional, and social well-being of our residents. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively within a team environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily living assistance, including personal care and hygiene, meal preparation, and housekeeping tasks
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with children and young people, built on trust, respect, and empathy
- Participate in the development and implementation of individualized care plans, focusing on promoting the physical, emotional, and social well-being of our residents
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure the smooth operation of the residential home
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people

Requirements
- A strong commitment to ensuring the safety and well-being of children and young people
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to form strong relationships with children and young people
- Experience in working with vulnerable children and young people, preferably in a residential setting
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment and contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
