Research Office Coordinator

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Research Office Administrator to join our team at East and North Hertfordshire NHS Trust. As a key member of our Research Office, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient administrative management of our research activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Research Office team, including processing amendments, organizing research meetings, and taking minutes.
- Lead as the department's database administrator, responsible for reporting data to meet external requirements.
- Work collaboratively with the research delivery teams, Lead Research Consultants, pharmacists, and representatives of sponsoring drug companies and research organizations.
Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent in administration.
- Experience of working in administration, preferably in an NHS or University setting.
- Excellent communication skills, able to deal with staff at all levels.
- Good numeracy skills and experience of using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
