We are seeking an experienced Home Care Manager to join our team in Halifax. As a Registered Home Care Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of care workers and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day management of the agency, including staff supervision, rostering, and induction
  • Providing information to prospective service users and conducting initial home visits
  • Recruitment, training, and management of care staff
  • Maintenance of accurate records and documentation
