As a highly skilled Contract Manager, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end contract lifecycle with customers, ensuring all contractual obligations are met. You will work closely with finance teams to ensure contract terms align with company objectives and drive operational success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure key contractual SLAs and KPIs are achieved across the site.
  • Manage customer reporting requirements, including monthly and quarterly reviews.
  • Address and resolve customer issues related to contract performance or obligations.

Requirements:
  • Demonstrable experience in fast-moving E-Fulfilment & retail logistics operations.
  • Awareness of differing commercial mechanisms and understanding P&Ls.
  • Proven success in delivering costs, KPIs, and good knowledge of CI principles.

Salary and Benefits:
You can expect a salary of up to £55,000 per annum, along with 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). Your benefits package includes a company-sponsored pension scheme, private medical & dental insurance, and more.
