Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team, you will be responsible for communicating with and treating patients via telemedicine, reviewing incoming referrals, and providing clinical support to the hub administrative team. Your role will be varied and can include:

  • Telemedicine consultations
  • Referral triage
  • Clinical support
