Experienced Veterinary Surgeon Wanted

We are seeking a skilled Veterinary Surgeon to join our team at our state-of-the-art veterinary clinic. Our clinic offers a dynamic and supportive work environment, with opportunities for professional growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality clinical care to patients during consultations and procedures
  • Provide exceptional client service, offering clear updates on patient care
  • Maintain professional excellence by adhering to regulatory and practice standards
  • Develop tailored treatment plans for each patient, including clear cost estimates
  • Lead and develop a team of veterinary professionals, enhancing their skills and expertise
  • Ensure seamless clinical handovers and patient transfers as needed

Requirements:

  • RCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon with a strong track record of delivering exceptional care
  • Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team, with excellent communication skills
  • Clinical leadership skills, with experience in implementing a progressive clinical culture
  • Ability to support nurse consults and Schedule 3 procedures, with a focus on clinic performance and efficiency
  • Skilled in coaching and influencing techniques to optimize colleague performance
