We are seeking a highly motivated and digitally-minded Marketing Assistant/Executive to join our team at the London Chinese Community Centre.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Centre Director in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the Centre's activities and services.
  • Manage and maintain the Centre's website, social media presence, and online tools to create engaging content and maximize publicity opportunities.
  • Work closely with the Centre's team to assist with administrative tasks, participate in events, and contribute to fundraising efforts.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a high level of satisfaction among the Centre's members and stakeholders.
  • Be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment, with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
  • Have a good understanding of the charity sector and its opportunities and challenges.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Degree qualification or equivalent preferred, with relevant experience considered.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin).
  • Ability to build strong relationships with the Centre's members and stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in engaging with social media influencers and building online relationships.
  • A good understanding of the charity sector and its opportunities and challenges.
  • Willingness to work Saturdays.
