About Our Vision

At Elmwood Church, we envision growing deeper in devotion, closer in community, and further in fruitfulness. As our Worship Team Leader, you will be instrumental in helping us achieve this vision by developing and leading our worship teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and lead our music teams, ensuring they are equipped to create engaging and Spirit-led worship experiences.
  2. Work closely with the Senior Leader and other teams to ensure alignment with our church's overall strategy and vision.
  3. Foster a culture of collaboration and empowerment among our worship teams, encouraging them to take ownership of their roles and responsibilities.

We seek a candidate who is passionate about helping others encounter God through worship, with a strong track record of leading worship teams and developing musicians. A salary of around £50,000 per annum is commensurate with your experience.
