The role involves working with primary and secondary schools, colleges, and universities to deliver curriculum-linked activities that increase students' understanding of nature and the environment. You will lead groups of all abilities in the local environment, ensuring their health and safety at all times. As a Senior member of our Education Team, you will also be responsible for managing junior team members, carrying out personal development reviews, and providing coaching and support.
