We are seeking an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our team in the Emergency Department at Furness General Hospital, part of the University Hospitals of Morecambe Bay NHS Trust.
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing collaboration with a range of staff and patients from the multidisciplinary hospital team.
Main Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality patient care in the emergency setting, working autonomously and as part of a team.
- Support the development of colleagues and contribute to the growth of the team.
- Participate in change management initiatives and contribute to the improvement of patient care.
- Teach and mentor junior staff, promoting excellence in practice.
- RGN qualification and relevant post-registration experience.
- Masters degree and non-medical prescriber qualification.
- Registered Mentor and evidence of continuing professional development.
- Experience of establishing effective communication and exercising autonomy in specialist practice.
