Role Overview

The Electrical Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for site-planned and reactive maintenance on production machinery. This is a permanent position that offers career opportunities for progression.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have experience in both electrical and mechanical engineering, with a strong understanding of motors, sensors, contactors, relays, and fault finding. They will be multi-skilled and able to work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure efficient operation of production processes.

Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Performing routine and planned maintenance tasks on production equipment
  • Identifying and rectifying faults on electrical and mechanical systems
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure efficient operation of production processes
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A formal electrical engineering qualification
  • Experience working with motors, sensors, contactors, relays, and fault finding
  • Multi-skilled engineer with experience in both electrical and mechanical engineering
  • A willingness to work shift patterns as required
