PW Construction Recruitment is seeking an experienced MEP Technical Service Lead to join our award-winning M&E contractor client based in Kent.

This is a great opportunity for a skilled professional to join a team with development and progression opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct site mobilization reviews and validations to ensure project readiness.
  • Collaborate with subcontractors to prepare drawings and assist with design reviews prior to mobilization.
  • Review labor on site and provide feedback to the senior team to optimize resource allocation.
  • Work with labor on the ground to maintain a positive working environment and high morale.
  • Review the project program on a weekly basis and ensure a two-week lookahead is reviewed during bi-weekly visits.
  • Prepare a project progress snapshot, which should be issued to the senior PM team on a monthly basis. The report should include.
  • Issue the monthly % tracking document, 'Site Progress Percentage Document SPPD.'
  • Finalize all testing certification and as-built markups for the senior team.
  • Conduct site handovers and customer witnessing.

Requirements:

  • Excellent knowledge of British Standards and both Mechanical and Electrical disciplines.
  • Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices in the relevant field of operation.
  • Ability to conduct thorough investigations and prepare detailed reports.
  • Appropriate CSCS Card (SSSTS / SMSTS).
  • Driving license.
