We are seeking an experienced Construction Cost Management Expert to join our team at Gleeds. As a key member of our cost management department, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality services and ensuring cost management deliverables meet customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality cost management services and ensure deliverables meet customer expectations.
  • Manage construction projects to deliver high-quality services and cost management solutions.
  • Plan and manage costs for construction projects.
  • Administer contracts as Contract Administrator or Employer's Agent.
  • Mentor and coach employees to their full potential.
  • Identify new business development opportunities and drive growth across Business Units activities.
Requirements
  • Sound cost management experience post MRICS qualification.
  • Excellent problem-solving, negotiating, finance, and numeracy management skills.
  • Sound knowledge and practical experience of cost estimating and planning.
  • Cohesive knowledge of construction methods and materials.
  • Practical knowledge of construction procurement strategies, including tendering and contract strategies.
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team.

Salary and Benefits
