Oxbridge Graduate Opportunity

We are seeking an Oxbridge Graduate to join our team as an Academic Support Specialist. This role will involve working with students in an Outstanding Secondary School, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their academic goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support students in their learning, working closely with the Class Teacher to ensure they receive the best possible education.
  • Develop and implement effective learning strategies to help students overcome challenges and achieve academic success.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team to gain training and support, ensuring you have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in this role.
  • Work on a 1:1 and small group basis to provide tailored support to students, helping them to reach their full potential.
Requirements:
  • An Oxbridge degree and a strong academic record, with a solid foundation in GCSE subjects.
  • Prior experience working with children in an academic setting, with a proven track record of supporting students to achieve their goals.
  • Some extra-curricular hobbies or interests that can be integrated into school life, such as music, languages, or sport.
