Senior Childcare Lawyer Role

Sellick Partnership (Legal) Limited is recruiting a Senior Childcare Lawyer to provide expert advice and representation in childcare law cases. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in advocacy and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Rendering comprehensive legal advice to children’s services
  • Managing complex cases involving care proceedings, emergency protection orders, and PLO proceedings
  • Liaising with clients, professionals, and courts as an advocate
  • Mentoring and supporting colleagues in the team

Requirements:

  • Prior advocacy experience and strong relationships with clients and professionals
  • Qualified solicitor, barrister, or FCILEx with 6+ years of PQE
