About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Assets Controller to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial and operational aspects of our plant, ensuring that we meet our production targets while maintaining a high level of quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct variance analysis to assess performance against previous years and institutional scenarios
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting framework, gathering and analyzing inputs for financial costs and industrial performance changes
- Act as the interface between local R&D, the plant, and central controlling teams to validate industrial production costs
- Safeguard the plant's assets by establishing and monitoring internal controls
- Oversee planned inventory closures, coordinate stock takes, and ensure accurate inventory reporting on the balance sheet
- Report on plant performance, analyzing full cost, efficiency metrics, and other KPIs
- Manage your assigned team, fostering an environment based on Ferrero's values of motivation, diversity & inclusion, competence development, and empowerment
To be successful in this role, you will need a strong technical background, with experience in month-end reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. A solid understanding of financial analysis, internal cost controls, and CAPEX in manufacturing processes is essential.
