Location: EG Group

Hours: Part-Time - 16 Hours Available / Permanent

Hourly Rate: £12.25 (Up to £9408 Annual)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Supervisor to join our EG Group team. As a Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of employees to ensure the smooth operation of our Starbucks store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise a team of employees to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets
  • Ensure the store is operating efficiently and effectively, including managing inventory, scheduling, and customer service
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and customer engagement
  • Collaborate with the store manager to achieve business objectives and goals
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive customer experience

Requirements:

  • Previous supervisory or management experience in a retail or hospitality environment
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
