About the Role:

  • As a Senior Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for selling Chiller hire, Boiler hire, Portable AC, Air Handling hire, Heater hire, Heat Exchanger Hire, Buffer Tank hire, Pump hire, Full install and commissioning, Lift and shift, Mechanical and Electrical, and Logistics and craneage to industrial end users and trade contractors.
  • You will be tasked with growing the area from £250,000 to £500,000-£750,000.
  • You will be predominantly working on new business, with a high volume of enquiries to follow up on.
  • Typical order values will be £10,000-£20,000.
  • You will be working on emergency projects that can be 24-48 hours, as well as planned projects that can take up to 6 months.
  • You will be developing a limited number of national contractors that are currently not using our clients' products on this patch.

About You:

  • You will have hire industry field sales experience, preferably in the HVAC and M&E sector.
  • You will be open to an engineer looking to move into sales if from a chiller/boiler background.
  • You will be a hungry go-getter with a dynamic personality.
  • You will have some understanding of the following products: Chiller hire, Boiler hire, Portable AC, Air Handling hire, Heater hire, Heat Exchanger Hire, Buffer Tank hire, Pump hire, Full install and commissioning, Lift and shift, Mechanical and Electrical, Logistics and craneage.
  • You will have sold to contractors in the M&E, facilities, plumbing & heating, refrigeration, and air conditioning sectors.
  • You will be able to fit in with a flexible and fun environment.
