About the Role

Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • • Scheduling home care rotas to meet client requirements
    • Allocating care calls to staff to maximize efficiency
    • Ensuring care calls comply with Working Time Regulations
    • Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and care plans
    • Collaborating with the Senior Care Coordinator to update client files

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • • A compassionate and enthusiastic approach to care provision
    • Experience using Microsoft Word and Outlook
    • A full driving license and access to a reliable vehicle
    • Full enhanced DBS check (paid for by the employer)

Salary and Benefits
