Busy Bees Day Nursery and preschool Daventry is proud to hold an Ofsted rating of Good. Our nursery is located in a convenient location, with close links to Daneholme Park and Daventry town centre. We offer onsite parking for applicants with their own vehicle. Our warm and friendly team is committed to providing the best possible care and education for our children.
About Our Benefits
As a Nursery Practitioner, you will be entitled to a competitive salary of £26,000 per annum (£12.50 per hour). You will also receive:
- 28 days holiday per year (including bank holidays) PLUS a day off for your birthday.

What to Expect as a Nursery Practitioner
As a keyworker, you will ensure every individual child's needs are met, including supporting parents with any SEND/ASL needs. You will take ownership of the observation, assessments, and planning for your key children in line with EYFS and provide developmentally challenging next steps. You will also ensure we encourage and praise children's development and achievements.
