We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architect to lead our residential project team. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the conceptualization and design of residential projects, ensuring that architectural plans align with client needs, regulatory standards, and our company's vision.
  • Coordinate and manage the architectural aspects of projects from inception to completion, including budgeting, scheduling, and collaboration with construction teams, contractors, and consultants.
  • Ensure that all designs and construction meet high standards of quality, sustainability, and safety, conducting regular site visits and inspections.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact with clients, providing updates, addressing concerns, and making necessary adjustments to designs based on client feedback.
  • Guide and mentor junior architects and designers, fostering a collaborative work environment, and ensuring that the team adheres to best practices and project timelines.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in Residential, Care Homes, Retirement Homes, Later Living, Support Living, or Social Housing Projects.
  • Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities, with experience in mentoring and developing design teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
