Bodyshop Manager

As a Bodyshop Manager with Activate Group Limited, you will oversee all aspects of our bodyshops, ensuring customer service level agreements (SLAs) and site key performance indicators (KPIs) are met while maximizing profitability.
Key responsibilities include:
- Planning resources and equipment levels around financial plans to achieve optimal efficiency.
- Maintaining control of consistent workflow within the bodyshop through effective capacity planning.
- Adhering to operational workshop loading systems in line with company policy/procedures, ensuring all targets and deadlines are met or addressed.
Additionally, you will:
- Regularly review site KPI performance to identify areas of potential shortfall against plan, delivery of average repair cost target, CSI targets, and customer service scores.
- Manage customer complaints from initial contact through to conclusion, carrying out root cause analysis on each complaint and implementing required actions.
- Promote good communication throughout all areas of responsibility, developing and fostering a proactive attitude through regular, open, and honest communication that supports the achievement of Company objectives.
We offer a competitive salary of £75,000 dependent on experience, along with a range of benefits including a team performance bonus, car allowance, BUPA private healthcare, and more.
