Job Description

We are seeking a Senior IAM Transformation Specialist to strengthen our client's team by adding a Principal Consultant ready to embark on a career-defining move and take the lead on the biggest IAM projects of our time.

About the Team:

A growing practice within a well-established brand, you'll be a trusted advisor and a respected mentor working with and supporting the best.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take the lead on complex IAM transformation projects across various industries.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship as you lead your junior consultants.
  • Articulate the business benefits of your IAM solutions to non-tech stakeholders using jargon-free language.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Experience leading IAM transformation projects.
  • Certificates such as CISSP and tool-specific certifications.
  • Excellent communication skills - written and oral.
  • Knowledge of IAM domains such as Sailpoint / Cyberark / Entra / Okta etc.
  • A collaborator with the desire to lead a team at the forefront of digital identity transformation.
  • Must be eligible for SC clearance and UK based.
