About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled HGV Administrator to join our team at Kemp Recruitment. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for processing job cards and time sheets for our technicians, booking in work, and coordinating work requirements with other departments. You will also be responsible for dealing with external invoices, updating system records, and maintaining stock levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process job cards and time sheets for technicians
  • Book in work and coordinate with other departments
  • Deal with external invoices and update system records
  • Maintain stock levels and update system records

Requirements:
  • GCSE English and maths
  • Confident with computers and Microsoft software
  • Experience in commercial automotive industry
  • Experience using Kerridge
  • Experience working in a commercial vehicle business, specifically HGVs

About the Company:

Our client is a large independent HGV Maintenance company with several depots around Scotland. They have been established for over 60 years and are the leaders in bulk transport, constantly investing in their fleet to ensure the highest standards of working conditions. Their huge fleet consists of over 160 vehicles, over 500 trailers and tankers. Due to their continued success, they are now looking for a skilled HGV Administrator to join their ever-growing team.
