Hernshead Recruitment Ltd is seeking a skilled Aircraft Engineer to join our client's London Heathrow Line Maintenance team.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform maintenance to the highest airworthiness standards in compliance with the Aer Lingus MOE.
- Conduct daily duties assigned by supervisors in a safe, timely, and diligent manner.
- Utilize IT systems effectively throughout the maintenance department.
- Adhere to company, regulatory, and Health and Safety requirements.
- Implement the Aer Lingus security of aircraft program.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment and work vehicles.
- Participate in continuous improvement programs within the Maintenance and Engineering Department.
- Deliver key KPIs for the department.
- Hold a current unrestricted EASA Aircraft Maintenance B1 and/or B2 Licence with A320F, CFM56, and LEAP.
- Familiarity and experience with IT systems, including the MS Office Suite.
- Flexibility to travel on request for AOG situations.
- Capable of working shifts based on a 24 x 7 pattern.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Eligible to live and work in the U.K. without restriction.
- Hold a valid EEA/UK passport allowing unrestricted worldwide travel.
- Eligible to apply and obtain relevant ROI and UK immigration/entry visas.
- Hold a full clean driving licence.
- Able to provide details of 2 verifiable references.
- Prepared to complete a medical questionnaire and medical examination.
- Able to pass a strict airport security vetting procedure.
