About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Security Analyst Placement. As a key member of our Application and Cloud Security team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the security and integrity of our cloud and application environments.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Monitor and Manage Security: Collaborate with our Application and Cloud Security specialists to ensure our cloud and application environments meet security, regulatory, and business requirements.
  2. Scope Penetration Tests: Assist in organizing penetration tests to evaluate the security of our applications, data flows, and architecture.
  3. Threat Modelling: Work with teams to identify potential security threats, determine what could go wrong, and help implement controls to protect against them.
  4. Security Checks: Assist in reviewing newly developed products or features, identifying potential security issues, and collaborating with teams to address them.
  5. Risk Management: Raise security risks and explain them in a clear, accessible way.
  6. Training and Support: Provide training to developers on OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities and best practices in application security.
  7. Policy Development: Participate in the development of security policies and procedures for application and cloud environments.
