Rheumatology Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Band 5 Rheumatology Infusions Nurse to join our dedicated Multidisciplinary Rheumatology team at the Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. This is a fixed-term contract for 12 months, providing an exciting opportunity to work in a specialist biologics infusion unit.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality evidence-based care to patients undergoing intravenous and subcutaneous therapies
- Independently run a list of patients within the designated clinical areas, assessing and treating patients on a day-to-day basis
- Work alongside the dedicated specialist nursing team and Consultant team to gain experience in Rheumatology care
- Take responsibility for their own caseload and contribute to the development of the Rheumatology service
- Registered Nurse with IV and cannulation training
- Special interest in Rheumatology nursing services
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
