Job Description

Job Summary:

CRC Recruitment Ltd is seeking a skilled CNC Punch Setter to join their team in Daventry. As a CNC Machine Setter / Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines to produce high-quality metal components.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate CNC machines to produce metal components
  • Program and test CNC machines to ensure accuracy and quality
  • Collaborate with production team to meet production targets and deadlines
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines
  • Contribute to a safe and healthy work environment

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in CNC machining or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of CNC machine operation and programming
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Physical ability to lift and move heavy equipment

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary range of £25,000 to £30,000 per annum
  • Monday to Thursday 08:00 - 16:30 and Friday 08:00 - 13:00 working hours
  • Permanent role with opportunities for career growth and development
