About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Front of House Team Member to join our team at Zizzi. As a Front of House Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that every customer has a Great Time, every time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the whole restaurant team to make sure the restaurant is running like clockwork.
  • Be passionate about our food and know the menu inside out and share this with our customers.
  • Work with the whole restaurant team to help deliver Great Times for our customers and take absolute pride in the service you provide.
  • Play a part in making sure that your restaurant is Looking Fabulous at all times and is hitting the mark set out in our policies, processes and guidelines.
  • Live and breathe the key ingredients of the Zizzi customer service journey.
