About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform security assessments against Microsoft 365 Certification on behalf of Microsoft.
  • Communicate effectively with Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) to ensure timely progression through assessments.
  • Provide ongoing support to ISVs, including those starting or already progressing through assessments.
  • Liaise with Microsoft to support delivery of the Microsoft Project.
  • Participate in ISV calls to provide Q&A support and perform remote assessment activities.
  • Offer mentoring to associate colleagues delivering the Microsoft Project where necessary.
  • Maintain excellent communication with customers and internal teams to support Claranet's vision.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging threats, and technological advancements to address new challenges.
  • Conduct QA reviews of reports produced by the Cyber Security function's GRC team when required.
  • Fulfill other customer consultancy/projects, such as ISO 27001, cyber security reviews, risk assessments, etc., where necessary.
  • Assist in the development and growth of the Cyber Security function's services offerings.
  • Ensure completion of re-certification requirements and Continuing Professional Education (CPE) obligations.
Collaboration with Internal Teams:
  • Customer Experience and Managed Services: Proactively monitor customer needs and integrate feedback into future portfolio and propositions.
  • Customer Success and Growth: Ensure portfolio meets customer needs, enables cross-selling, and provides pre-sales support when required.
  • Portfolio, Alliances & Technology Practices: Support embedding Cyber Practice function services into customer solutions.
  • Finance & Corporate Development: Submit work-related expenses.

  • Experience with Amazon's and/or Microsoft's cloud platforms.
  • GDPR Experience.
  • SOC 2 Experience.
  • NIST Experience.
  • Full UK driving license (for UK recruitment).
  • Experience managing client projects.
  • Information security consulting experience.
