Early Years Education Professional | Nursery

We are seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate Graduate to join our team as an Early Years Education Professional. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain class-based experience before pursuing a teaching career.
Key Responsibilities- To support the class teacher in planning, preparing and delivering engaging lessons to children aged 3-7 years old
- To assist with the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for children with special educational needs
- To maintain accurate records of children's progress and provide feedback to parents/carers
- A minimum of a 2:1 degree from a top UK university
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively as part of a team
- Passion for working with young children and their families
- An estimated salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience
