Compassionate Care Assistant

We are seeking a caring and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at HC One. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, helping them to live fulfilling and meaningful lives.
About the Role:
- Support the development and implementation of individualized care plans that promote independence, dignity, and security for our residents
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding, to ensure the well-being and comfort of our residents
- Engage with residents in a variety of activities, promoting social interaction and mental stimulation
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide seamless care and support to our residents
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Level 2 Diploma S/NVQ in Adult Care or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience in care work, preferably in a residential setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Ability to recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect and know what to do if concerns arise
Compensation and Benefits:
- Hourly rate: £10.50 - £14.00 per hour (dependent on experience and qualifications)
