Job Summary:

The role holder, reporting directly to the Contract Manager, will be responsible for managing supervisory staff and the operational service delivery of Highway Cyclical and Reactive Maintenance services operated on behalf of the client.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise a team of staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality maintenance services.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve service delivery and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the Contract Manager to ensure alignment with client objectives and expectations.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators to ensure service delivery meets client requirements.


Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in managing operational teams and delivering high-quality services.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate and engage staff.
  • Ability to develop and implement operational strategies to improve service delivery and efficiency.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve operational issues.
