Property Search Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Search Agent to join our team at TM Group (UK) Limited. As a key member of our search processing operations, you will play a crucial role in managing client communications, resolving queries, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process property-related searches efficiently and accurately
• Manage client communications and resolve queries in a timely manner
• Collaborate closely with the team to achieve consistent turnaround times
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and suppliers
• Proactively update systems and procedures, particularly regarding waterboard processes

About You

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, who can manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. A solid understanding of conveyancing processes and property law is desirable, along with a commitment to professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality. A full, clean UK driving license is required for this role.
