Physiotherapist for Primary Care Network

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physiotherapist to join our Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) at Southend East Primary Care Network. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality musculoskeletal care to our patients, working closely with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive and coordinated care.
Key Responsibilities- Assess, diagnose, and manage patients with musculoskeletal conditions, using your advanced clinical skills and knowledge to provide effective treatment and management plans.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, including GPs, pharmacists, and social prescribers, to provide seamless care and support to patients.
- Develop and implement clinical pathways and services to improve patient outcomes and experience, working closely with our Clinical Directors and Operations Manager.
- Provide leadership and support to other team members, sharing your expertise and knowledge to enhance the skills and confidence of the team.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of research and audit programmes to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of our services.
- Fully qualified and registered Physiotherapist with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP).
- Minimum 5 years post-graduate experience, with a minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in musculoskeletal assessment and treatment.
- Advanced clinical skills and knowledge in musculoskeletal care, including injection therapy and independent prescribing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to meet the changing needs of the service.
