As a Residential Property and Probate Solicitor, you will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload of property transactions and probate matters, providing high-quality legal advice to clients and ensuring smooth processes from instruction through to completion.

• Handle a variety of residential property transactions including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and leasehold matters.
• Advise clients on probate, wills, estate administration, and inheritance tax planning.
• Work closely with clients to build strong relationships and maintain excellent communication throughout the legal process.
