About the Role
This role involves managing sales processes, collaborating with teams, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage sales pipelines, forecasts, and performance metrics
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet targets
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or operations
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Benefits
- Competitive salary: £28,000 - £31,000 per annum (depending on experience)
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM with a 30-minute lunch break
