Job Description

As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and maintaining a safe and healthy environment for our staff and clients.

You will be responsible for carrying out routine maintenance tasks, responding to emergency situations, and conducting regular inspections to identify potential hazards and take corrective action.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out all PPMs and reactive works on site
  • Ensure all work is carried out in line with task schedules and industry best practices
  • Daily monitoring and responsibility of all main plant and equipment within buildings
  • Establish and maintain a good working relationship with all employees and clients
  • Maintain the professional image always, and promote services
  • Ensure All subcontractors are appropriately supervised, and comply with contractual commitments, and site operating processes
  • Manage the site logbook system and all paperwork is kept up to date
  • Oversight of the management of the on-site CAFM and Concept systems
  • Receiving client issues and resolving these issues effectively without disruption to business or compromising client relationships

Requirements:

  • 17th or 18th edition + NVQ or City and Guilds electrical installation
  • Experience working within occupied offices
  • Driving License
  • Ability to obtain a DBS

Estimated Salary: Up to £38,000 per annum
