About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Trades and Labour Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Apex Resources Limited. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle from sourcing candidates to placing them in appropriate roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop new business opportunities through networking and business development activities.
  2. Build strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide them with the best service.
  3. Negotiate rates and contracts with clients and candidates.
  4. Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring all compliance and regulatory requirements are met.
  5. Screen candidates to send the right candidate for the client's requirements.
  6. Provide exceptional customer service to clients and candidates.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum of 1 year experience in a recruitment role, with a focus on trades and labour recruitment.
  2. A proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Strong negotiation skills.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
