About the Role: Our award-winning Estate Agency client is seeking a highly successful and experienced Senior Sales Manager to join their Highgate office.

We are looking for someone who thrives on recognition and aspires to excel in everything they do. This opportunity offers a chance to be part of a highly successful and expanding Estate Agency with a structured career path up to regional management, recognizing and rewarding excellence.

As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for creating the largest active market share of any agent in the area, maximizing revenues and growing the property register. You will develop exceptional working relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and recommendations.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and be able to manage performance of employees through regular 1:1's and reviews. They will influence results through effective team management, action planning, and delivery of plans. The role also requires displaying high standards of service and presentation, demonstrating ideas and initiative around plans for market growth, and holding a full driving license, having your own car, and being insured for Business Use.
