Rheology Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Rheology Analyst to join our team at Intertek. As a key member of our Mechanical and Physical Property department, you will be responsible for delivering rheology services for adhesives and responding to our customers’ needs.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Generate, interpret, and report rheology data in your area of analytical competence.
- Maintain promised completion date delivery and liaise with the MPP Delivery Manager on timings for reporting of rheological work.
- Provide assistance in other areas as required.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Knowledge of Rheology of materials, sample preparation, and chemistry, including experience with rheology instrumentation. Further training can be provided.
- Planning and organisational skills, including effective time and work management.
- Excellent technical report writing skills.
- Experience of working to Quality standards, although this is not essential.
- Awareness of Safety and the importance of working in a proactive safety culture.
- Hardworking, flexible, and a desire to work, develop, and succeed in an analytical environment.
