Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is up to £38,000, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, you will receive 26 days' holiday, plus your birthday off, full exam support, and death in service benefits.

Job Description

This exciting opportunity has arisen for an aspiring IFA Administrator to join our organisation's team. As a Senior Paraplanner and Financial Planner supporter, you will be responsible for providing administrative assistance, processing new business, client illustrations, and valuations, as well as handling compliance tasks.

  • Process Transfers, Top Ups, Withdrawals, Income, Contributions, Fund Switches, Bed & ISA, and Protection in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Complete relevant Compliance tasks.
  • Support dedicated Advisors to enhance the Client experience and knowledge.
  • Manage individual workloads using personal diary systems to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Liaise effectively with Directors and Advisors.
Key Responsibilities

As a key member of our team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Co-ordinating Advisers' Diaries, scheduling meetings, and investigating client/consultant queries.
  • Managing post relating to new business cases.
  • Dealing with client/provider queries over the phone and via email.
  • Maintaining client records on back-office systems.
  • Covering receptionist duties, including post, phone calls, greeting clients, and dealing with third-party suppliers.
