Sales Consultant

The Sales Advisor will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service throughout the customer journey, ensuring that all aspects of the day-to-day running of the site sales complex are maintained to a high standard.
The role involves guiding potential purchasers around show homes, stock plots, and site to fully demonstrate the product, while ensuring that all relevant information required to give full and accurate information to purchasers is available and maintained at all times.
The Sales Advisor will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records using Bellway's in-house CRM system, liaising with purchasers, solicitors, and financial advisers on a regular basis, and arranging for customers to attend a home demonstration with the Site Manager.
The role requires effective negotiation and sales skills, good administration skills, strong communication and listening skills, and the ability to work on own as well as part of a team.
The Sales Advisor will be expected to be flexible in respect to day-to-day duties and hours worked, and will be required to travel to all sales sites, including divisional offices.

The ideal candidate will have GCSE Maths and English – Grade 4/C or above (or equivalent), and will be IT literate with the ability to adapt to new systems.
