About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Specialist to join our team at Sonderwell. As a Complex Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized care and support to clients with complex needs, including tracheostomy care, ventilation care, and oral suctioning.
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families, ensuring their needs are met and their dignity is respected.
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and support.
