Job Summary:

The Sureserve Group, a leading provider of compliance and energy services, is seeking a skilled Heating Engineer to join their team. As a Heating Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing heating systems in clients' properties, ensuring efficient and safe operation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out service and maintenance works on a variety of domestic properties across the region.
  • Ensure high levels of customer care in dealing with clients and tenants to meet the required quality standards.
  • Communicate updates and progress of work, completing the required paperwork electronically and manually.
  • Ensure all Health and Safety requirements and legislation, including Risk Assessments, Safe Systems of Work and COSHH Records, are adhered to during daily work.
  • Comply with stock ordering and auditing procedures to ensure relevant parts are available to fulfill job requirements.

Requirements:

  • Gas qualifications, including CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, and CKR1.
  • Ability to work out of hours, including evenings and weekends, on a rota basis.
  • Friendly and professional attitude to build strong relationships with clients and tenants.
