Construction Contracts Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Contracts Manager to join our team at Engineered Connections. As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple drylining projects simultaneously throughout the East and West Midlands.
The Role:- Manage and execute drylining projects safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Supervise on-site teams, ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Monitor project progress, produce reports, and adjust timelines and targets as necessary.
- Proactively address any challenges or delays that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Conduct regular site inspections to guarantee compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with the project team to develop and implement effective project management strategies.
- Proven experience as a Construction Contracts Manager or in a similar role within the construction industry, focusing on drylining and projects.
- Comprehensive knowledge of construction processes, health and safety standards, and project management practices.
- Extensive hands-on experience delivering SFS, drylining, ceilings, and finishes packages.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of current building regulations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities efficiently.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and high attention to detail.
- Proficient in using project management software and tools.
- Valid UK driving license.
